Your photograph(s) show a Wide AM ( WAM) reverse LMC.

I caution that many newer members of the forum somehow believe that showing multiple photographs of the same thing might somehow improve our ability to support their questions.

In this case ... your 4 duplicate photographs are unnecessary ... all four show the same image of the same side of the same coin.

You could have shown a single obverse image to address this question ...

There are no known 1999-D WAM Lincoln cents. You are correct that the 1999 Philly mint cent has known WAM examples.

Hopeful that the OP will post a single (one only please) photograph of the obverse of the coin to clarify the date/mm.

Wide AM is the good one for 1999... refered to as Wide AM or Type 2 Proof Reverse. If I remember correctly the reverse design variety is RDV-006

Hey all sadly I made a big rookie mistake. The images shown here are from a 1992d cent and not of a 1999d cent. I posted the wrong photos and an terribly sorry for wasting any of your time with this. As I am now embarrassed, ashamed and filled with sadness, once again I am truly sorry. It's probably time for to hang up my broken magnifying glasses as well...

Denver-minted Wide AMs are not possible after 1996. In 1996, Denver opened its own die shop and all Denver dies are produced there. Prior to the opening of the shop, all dies were created in Philadelphia. The Wide AMs were created with the accidental substitution of a proof design die, something that could not possibly happen in Denver since they do not have any circulating design proof dies on site.

I went to a coin show and had my 1999d penny with Wide AM checked and was told to have it graded because it was for sure a Wide AM. I'm so excited to maybe have the first 1999d penny with Wide AM.
I tried to post a pic of the penny but I'm not very good with computers or my phone. Thanks Everyone for your comments.
