Quite frightening, actually.

The seller has another half a dozen coins that are also counterfeit for sale.

lol, I've seen a few of these ASE at the local markets in China and HK. They are good for a laugh despite the inherent evils because they are so bad. Sorry to everyone he's burned though. :(
Rest in Peace

Every coin he's selling is a really, really poor example of a fake. Those are so terribly bad that a glance is all that's needed to know it's counterfeit. Why does this guy have 100% feedback?

How did it get to be VF in the first place? Do people actually spend those?

Some are manufactured to look worn. These are so crudely made that it comes off the line looking worn. It's pure junk.

My guess is the obverse they copied came from a worn Walking Liberty half dollar that was scaled up and paired to an ASE reverse.

When seeing them for the first time oversees, they kind of mess with your mind until giving it some real focus.

This time he's selling outside of the US. I've checked feedback on some of the others and they run up most of their positive feedback as buyers, then does a run of fake Morgans [you can bey whole sets now!) thinking it may be the end. I wouldn't rule out identity theft as at least one bad seller hadn't sold anything in a year, then bang: there's a bunch of LWC key date copies.

Does the Secret Service know anything about this? I mean the REAL secret service, not the bunch of clowns on protective branch. It's a case of illegal dealing/sale of known counterfeit American dollars. For profit. They bust people for copying $20 bills all the time. There's got to be a way to handle this ever growing wave; it's increasing by orders of magnitude month by month.
