antwerpen2306 that one takes about 5hrs to cut it actually takes about 8 hours of time but I take breaks once in a while :-)

it has an image of Queen Elizabeth on it as do all British coins since 1953

I wans't referring to the standard issue of the coin type, but rather the obverse of your cut out coin. Again, just out of curiosity. I've seen a Danish ½ Krone coin cut out after the reverse details similar to this one, the obverse looked rather interesting.
