What do you think about the grade of this 1803 draped bust. The scan is not very good because you can clearly see the 1803 and word liberty on the front side. The reverse showed up a little better. Thanks!

Okay, was that a stupid question to ask about this 1803 coin I see 30 people looked but no one responded. I'm a new coin collector--as many of you know. And in the learning stages. I saw a similiar coin on ebay in worse condition sell for $10. This one I want to keep --think of the history she has seen, the stories she could tell-- not to mention the rough life she has seen (really worn out and ready for a rest in my album--if the order for albums I placed ever gets here).
Thanks!

My grade would be Fair-2 obverse with contact marks and AG-3 reverse, nice old cent!

Not a stupid question at all gussy! You just asked during the weekend.

I'm agreeing with everyone else here. F-2/AG-3
