At least one other person knows what it is, so I told the seller as there was no chance that I would be able to get it at a good price. I figured it was the right thing to do. Lol I understand why he pulled it. You have a ton of cherry pickers hating on you no doubt. More than likely someone would've put up an outrageous bid like Rick Snow did last time.

I read this OP as "Someone will notice this and outbid me, I can't afford it so I will tell the seller so he can make more money"

If no one else had bid would you have told the seller what he had or paid the $100 for it?
In theory(and usually in practice) telling a seller what they have is a good thing imo. However ,respectfully, in this case, as others have expressed too, your motives appear suspect here. To me it sounds like "I know I won't be able to get it at a steal so no one else should either." . Did you just word the post poorly?
