"Our Changing Coinage"

I have been falling asleep to TSC The Coin Show lately (as opposed to Simpsons reruns and CNN).

This I do not believe has been featured yet. No 20 cent, 47 Maple or any other wow coins but still a nice little set. I could do one up at a comparable price but for a newby it looks exciting.

Got to love the NB cent.

You are better off going to his coin store, rather than the TV show .. but neither is my cup of tea.

neat idea but:

- collectors would want to collect their own

- a relative of a collector would buy it for a collector in the family (see #1)

- no novice will pop $279.00

That's a cool set! After fishing those all off ebay one at a time, it's actually a good price.

That's a lot of dough for something you could easily assemble yourself for well south of three hundred dollars

I just look at it as time invested searching out all the coins plus shipping on the individual coins. A person may spend 5 plus hours tinkering away at auctions trying to get the lowest prices. The collection is not for me personally but I don't think it's a bad deal all things considered, and I don't think an assumed profit should be viewed as something nefarious. Just my opinion.
