Finished a box recently. Found a 35-S Bufflo nickel(filled a hole), 2000-S proof, and 22 pre-60 nickels. No wartimers.

After several lackluster penny boxes, I thought a nickel box would do me good. I was right. Here's the results of my third ever nickel box:

Found 18 pre '60 nickels, including two '41-S, 1956, 1957, and best of all....a 1939-D at about VG10! Found it in the second roll and was super-excited.

Found my first Canadian beaver nic. a 1978. Also 4 2009D.

No buffalos or War Nickels, but a great box.

I don't usually post pics because my camera is a cheap little thing, but I'll see what I can do. And upon closer examination, I'd say that 1939D might make F-12.

Anyways I bought $80 of NF String wrapped nickels today.

found 13 pre-60 nickels, among which was a 1949-S.

Found a 1985 Canadian and 1982 British 20p.

Lastly a 1985P struck with a badly stressed die. The "NTS" in "CENTS" on the reverse is all blurred up it's so bad.

I have problems with pics too . I learned is easy to take pics with my iPhone then my 10 megapixels cannon camera( I don't know how to use lol) ! I asked you for pics because is the pics here in the site that make me keep going with roll searching for me don't matter if the coin is circulate or not once I don't by coins at all I make my collections out of trade or search only ,I don't think is fare to pay the price the dealers ask I mean work a month to buy a coin that I wish to have ? I can't du it but if I was rich I would pay whatever the price but I'm not so I have keep looking for , sometimes is hard I look look seems they are not there anymore then somebody come in here and prove me wrong and is awesome to be wrong this way still have hope !

I pulled this lovely AU-55 1939 Jefferson from a roll last night ... full luster that I did not capture in my photo ... it even has some step detail ... Lovely indeed.

After 236,400 nickels searched ... this is an upgrade to my 117 total 1939 (p) Jeffersons found.

Wonder where it has been hanging out for 72 years.

Enjoy the hunt!

Nice pull. After 117 39p's another wouldn't be too exciting, but this is worthy.
