Quote: I mentioned in another (duplicate) thread that we may want to change the title of this thread to better reflect its contents.
Any opinions on this? That sounds like a good idea. All the other threads for searching are titled accordingly. I would just message CND first to see if he is okay with the name change. People always start new threads before they are referred here. It might be easier to spot with a title change.

I am joining this thread and abandoning my old thread. Figured this would be easier. Ok then, the formalities are over! Interesting box full of tons of suprises...and a hole filler! Well, since CND can no longer edit the title, I will at least remove the "21,000 Down!" part. I will leave it at is and change it if he requests it. Edit: Okay, I just tweaked this thread's title a bit.

Quote: Edit: Okay, I just tweaked this thread's title a bit. That is a Bravo compromise that works for me jbuck. Hoping that someday CND finishes the 1,000,000 coin Jefferson search ... so it would be remiss of us to not keep that goal alive ... and acknowledge as well that is was CND efforts over the years that kept this tread alive. Agreed as well that we do not need multiple treads to report nickel finds ... so all in all your subtle title edit appears to me to be a fine way to manage the wonderful topic of Jefferson finds. That's my view ... all opinions welcome indeed. Thanks jbuck for stepping in. David

I got a box of nickels at the bank yesterday. On my 10th roll, I found a 1930S Buffalo. It's in pretty good shape, I can see the outline of the horn (barely). This is my first Buffalo from circulation. I can't wait to finish the rest of the box!

Went to the bank again this morning, grabbed another 11 rolls. Pulled out another 1939-p, 1 1943-P (more silver) a few low 40's and a great looking 1971-D with full steps! Really sharp looking coin so I had to save it for my set I am going to be building!

REQUEST: Please include the type of rolls you searched for any given post: For example, are they Customer wrapped rolls (CWR), NF-Srings & Sons (NF), Brinks, etc ...
I think this will help us all find patterns of finds in various rolls.
thanks!
