What is a die chip, actually? I mean, I've heard of it, and have a cursory understanding of dies, but how is a chip defined in common sense language?

I found this in my nickel box this weekend. Found other stuff and will post later.   No date, no value over face, right? Still fun to find in a box. When I saw it, I felt like a winner. |

Dennis, We have found 23 of the 38p. I should have listed it earlier. It's the only other Jefferson nickel that we keep track of besides the ones I listed before. |

I have kept track of my Nickel finds for the last 12 months (Aug 2011 through July 2012). I did 365 boxes and of those app 24 were 2012D's, I hate those pesky things. Thanks for looking. Dennis.
