Hello all, I have been a long time lurker on this thread and have read pretty much every page. I finally decided to join up. :) I usually search 8 boxes of cents and 4 boxes of nickels a week along with other random denominations when the mood hits me. This week the bank that I order from received 10 boxes of cents and only 3 boxes of nickels. I was excited to spend the long weekend searching but what I ended up with was 13 boxes of solid 2013Ps... Anyways, today I dumped most of that and picked up a bunch of different denominations including $80 in nickels. They gave up 4-pre 60 keepers and 3(!) Buffs. A dateless, a 1929 partial date, and a 1936d that was an ender.

That's a beautiful 1938!
I did a box by myself this afternoon. It was a good one. I got the following:
1944S, only our 6th ever 1952s in about the same condition as your 1938 above 1954 Canadian 1976 Canadian in good shape, possibly an upgrade 1979 nickel from the Netherlands

I have searched 15 rolls, and I have found a War Nickel, many assorted nickels from the 50`s, an uncirculated 1965 with rusty dies, a few 1939`s, and a Canada nickel.

did a box and landed 4 beat up worn War Nickels. Best box in years - usually average 1/box. One of them had lamination errors on both sides. Also found one upgrade. Couple of 30's (no keys). nice box.

2 boxes of nickels today. Box 1 had 3 1942 non silver, a 1963 proof, a 1939S (if only it had been a 1938S), a 1930 buffalo, a 1943P, and a 1955 (only my 5th) Box 2 had a 1943S ender, a 1943P, and 4 lustrous 1964's.

Nice finds everyone. Maybe one day I'll get a box because I really want to find a silver nickel for my collection. Found a buffalo but the War Nickel still eludes me the rolls I buy every now and then.
