1 box today. Found another 1938S. That makes 4 in 4 months after not finding one in 3 years of searching. Now I just need to pull a bunch of 1950-D's.

Berto - nice collection of S mints...and pickle the nickel (wonder what you have there). Jack - I like your optimism!! I'm still hoping for the '39D, but I got nice consolation find this week. OK, 5/5 results - 30s: 4 1939 (XF/AU specimen was 1939 w/enhanced steps) 40s: 13 (40S, 41D, 46D) 50s: 9 (52D, (2)59) 60s: 1 (1967) 70s: 1 (1977) 80s: 1 (1982) 90s: nada 00s: 2 2009 Foreign: nada Error/Variety: just the 1939 The box was rather light; only 13 coins set aside at the halfway point. It did pick up a bit, but not much. I was pleased to pull that 1939 as it salvaged the hunt.

Pulled my first war silver from my weekly 2-3 roll search - a 42P - well worn but a pleasant find!

Nice finds all! This time of year I do less CRH ing given the nicer weather, but I'll still make time now and then :)
I still make time to read everyone's reports EVERY DAY! Happy hunting

Not bad Cbass - what year were the proofs? 5/9 CRH results 30s: nothing 40s: 11 (2-41D, 46D) 50s: 22 (2-53S, 59) 60s: 7 (63 impaired proof) 70s: 4 (AU 74 and 78) 80s-10s: nothing Foreign: 5 ($1 Mexico, Ecuador) Error/Variety: 1942 lamination, 06P crack) I got through 2 boxes this week primarily because the first box was rather light on the finds. This one better, but lacked any significant finds. Still fun searching...hoping. Here are some quick pics -
