The first S in States looks like it may be doubled. The coin is worn, so it is hard to tell. Thank you for your help.

I outlined what I believe is the original S and put arrows pointing to the area I believe to be doubled.

In the second full size picture there is a faint light grey area on the bottom outside and middle outside of the first S in States.

Not hub doubling. If it were, it would be raised to the same height of the other devices. Looks more like die wear on those devices. (note they look chipped away)
