I'm not westcoin, but I see an 1865 with the partial serif on the D in UNITED, clashed die reverse, Longacre doubling on the reverse legend, and a possible recut 5 in the date. See if some acetone or verdi-care wouldn't work a treat here on that reverse spot and the obverse in general.

It's hard to distinguish between circulation rub, weak strikes, and rusted dies on these coins; westcoin can probably clarify which one(s) apply here; same in regards to the color;

to my inexpert eyes, I would say it's either AU58 (if it has seen any actual rub) or MS63RB (otherwise)

Looks like it is a AU-58 to me, needs a touch of acetone.

I say easy mid to high AU, not familiar enough with the dark spots so not sure if it would be details grade or not.

Very nice looking, a touch of verdigris and some old spotting hold this one back a bit. I agree with everything Paralyse said, except I don't know if it would go MS63.

I have a very similar looking one that is in a NGC UNC details holder, more like MS62, with a possibility of AU58 if light rub is indeed on the high points, - really need to see in hand to tell, the photos are quite good, but it's just about impossible to see high point rubbing with out the 3D viewing and a good light.

The coin does have an appearance of a light restoration cleaning, but not bad at all. I'd call it UNC details, Improperly cleaned (as I think NGC would) however, the coin (IMO) is not really improperly cleaned, it's about as good as could be expected considering there was probably a lot of dark gunk on the surfaces originally.

Love the clashing! You can see the "2" through the shield on the obverse nicely. Defintely a RPD too.
