"My wife" bought me (well I really bought them and said they were from my wife) 880 KG VI (1937-1950) 5-cents to sort which arrived the day before X-mas. I just finished sorting them by date. At first glance, there is nothing exciting in the lot -- no mint state coins, no 1948s, no 1947 dots. There was one 1946 arrowhead, maybe a couple of 1946 6/6 but I haven't perfected identifying this variety yet, and there were a couple of potential missing chrome 1944 & 1945s.
That said, it was fun looking through them (which should be the main point of the hobby). Some day I may go back and look for rotations and die cracks.
