I 'think' it's a 1909 O, so first, do you agree,and second, what would you give me on grade?

Yes, I agree it's a 1909 o. I think there is too much meat left on the obverse to be a P-01. FR-02.

Obverse is a G-04, reverse is more like FR-02.
