I have about $30 of ebucks coming to me and I thought about getting something unusual with it for fun, spending no more then $10 more then that with my own cash. What are some attractive larger world coins like a Mexican 8 real? Bonus would go to coins in the 1800's or before. Is there any world bullion coins or rounds that I could find in my budget with 2 oz of silver? I preferred worn toned coins but I know most of the newer ones will be blast white. The catch is I would have to find them on ebay of course. Also even though I have a $30-$40 budget I don't want to pay a large premium unless the design is super amazing or the coin is over 100 years old and approximately silver dollar size and fineness. It seems you are interested in Mexican/Latin American coins. May I suggest, though, Canadian silver dollars? They've become some of my favorite coins to collect/stack. Although they are much more modern than you're looking for (made from 1935-1967), I've been able to get them for close to spot in maybe AU or better. But then again I'm sort of an Anglophile anyway, and any coin with the image of the British monarch is good by me.

I been trying to get a 1935 Canadian dollar or 1936. I detest the newer uncrowned portraits after George the IV. I do collect pre-1937 Canadian junk silver though I don't have any dollars yet. What's the names of some other Latin Ameeican coinage like the sol?

I agree that late second Republic Mexican 8 Reales of common dates should be available in your price range in VF.
Do not buy damaged coins however. Watch for cleaned coins because many collectors in Mexico routinely clean their coins. I do not know why but it seems to be epidemic.
Other South American coins also fit your criteria.
In all cases watch out for counterfeits and forgeries - particularly the forgeries because they are next to worthless.

British Victorian silver crowns - especially Jubilee Head ones of 1887 and 1889 - can be had fairly cheaply in about VG - Fine, and French and Belgian silver 5-Franc coins of the 1870s and Spanish 5-Pesetas of the same period are quite reasonable (though there are a few fakes around of the latter).

Well I decided on a privateer round. It looked so cool and is double to size of anything else in my collection. I'm just hopping I won't be disappointed. Now I just need to find a holder for it lol

The privateer rounds are a cool series! Got one of each and 2 extra of the first (best) one. Nice choice!

Now I just need to find a holder for it lol I think you are talking about these. 2oz rounds. There are three designs so far. Provident mint has the capsules, and tubes that the capsule will fit into.
