Much better pics are needed, but that looks like a very nicely toned IHC woody, that was recovered with a metal detector!

I'm far from an expert, but I've seen something like this on my Buffalo nickel. If my obverse is straight up then my reverse is crooked slightly. I'm not sure how a person could tinker with it to make it look like that on purpose so I'd assume it's an error. Assuming you're talking about the faces not being aligned. Maybe a more experienced member on the site can give you a more extensive answer.
