As described above I am new. New to forums, new to collecting coins, new to introducing myself on forums among other things.
Growing up I played with cash resisters. I just loved the idea of playing with money. I used to iron my banknotes. I have no idea why. As I look back on those times in my life, I realize that I was perhaps I have obsessed and didn't know it at the time.
I am mostly a pennies collector, though I do have interest in collecting quarters as well.
As with most noobs, I will be seeking guidance from members for info that I cannot find on my own and/or for 2nd, 3rd, 4th opinions.

To CCF , Tons of information on this forum. Just ask. A tip from an old timer : In the U.S. we call them CENTS not pennies, unless your a UNITED KINGDOM collector. Good luck from a fellow East Coaster.  |

there are many different sections per country, with grading sub-sections, and sections for coin photography, and many others. If the question is not in the correct section, many times moderators will move it.

If one of my questions is moved by a moderators, will I receive any kind of notice as to where the post/s will be moved to?
