Yes. Looks like a die chip to me.

It also looks like a late die state coin.

We need some expert opinions on what happened to the L in Liberty. It seems to have wandered off and landed on the rim.

Didn't even notice the "L". Looks like it was struck a little off center. Interesting, nomadic L.

Looks like a die gouge to me. It almost looks like a crack leading from th 9 to the gouge.
