I found this awhile ago still cant figure out what going on.

It is 1972-D Roosevelt dime still in mint cello with Weird Thickness in devices.

Anyone know what is going on with this one?

Looks like machine damage during the strike. Note the metal striations on the devices. Caused during the strike with die movement.
