It is die wear that you are seeing on these devices. If it were actually hub doubling, the would be the same size at the tops of both hubbing. This is not what we are seeing. Also if it were hub doubling, then the other devices would have been affected. So I'm just seeing die wear on those devices. The marks on LIBERTY is machine damage during the strike. Just two events that happened on your coin.
