Missed the poin about the EPU. It looks like a slight struck through error of grease on reverse.

Part of the partial Grease Fill. The die was probably wiped down with a rag and partially filled them.

These marks are from a coin rolling, wrapping, vending machine. These machines flatten outer devices, and leave what looks like a ridge on outer edge of devices IMHO.

This is not coin wrapper damage. If it were the devices would have been disturbed in one direction or the other. It is just a slightly partial fill on a die.
