Hello again CCF!

I have a 1955 D Wheat cent that appears to have a doubled rim. The extra rim has a smaller diameter and is nearly uniform around the edge of the coin and is visible on the obverse and reverse. Would this be considered a doubled rim error? or something else?

Thanks for the feedback!

not a double rim error, looks like it used to live in a coin holder.

An example:

Looks like damage from some kind of holder pressed around it. Maybe for a necklace or keychain
