Liberty seems to have the class 6 thickness. Slight notch in the 1, 4 looks doubled. Can't seem to find a match on coppercoins, 7 or 8 being the closest. Thoughts on this one?

It looks like a normal coin. Something strange on this year I've found on the LIBERTY. Some have thicker parts on the above parts of the devices. I had someone ask me about this and the determine to not be a doubled die. What it is? Possible die wear that created this on a few dies?
