The lighting and focus make it difficult to determine if the luster is broken. Full luster MS64. Broken MS63

I found it in a box of foreign coins that I inherited from my uncle. It was in a protective plastic cover. That is what I mean by found it.

MS64 for me as well. Nice pull away toning on the obverse between 4 and 7 o-clock.
