Not too good at these, but I'll give it a shot at VF-35

Flying Eagle one of the sharpest coins ever produced .... Would grade that one VF20 or so, cleaned?

I may go up to VF25 but the reverse and I suspect light cleaning and those two things keeps it from going higher ..... If you only graded the obverse VF30!

I looked at Snow's guide.
I think it ought to be looked at by an expert.
I question its authenticity.

VF 35, the wear is odd to me. The eagles chest doesn't appear to have worn as much as the wings. The chest should wear before the wings so it's odd...

Looks real to me. The die was hubbed from the "broken wing-tip". Also, the wear looks even. The reverse has weaker details in some spots, but that is typical for the CN cents from the period.

A lovely VF 30 with no hint of cleaning. Neat split wing obverse, too. I like it. Nice example.

VF-30. FE's are notorious for weak spots in the strike.
