What is the metal composition of Irish penny upto farthing from 1928 to last year of issue?

How may part of tin,copper and other just like the GB coin,artificial toning in the 40s?

Early Irish coins from 1928 was minted in Royal Mint didnt know when ireland have their own mint or last minting of Royal Mint for ireland coins.
