Yep, bad scans which are even worse than bad photos. Looks AU-55ish

Solid AU-55 and I'd bet there is decent luster which is not shown in these images. The color could be due to retoning after a dip but many original coins have patina similar to what shows here. I'd lean towards original, problem-free surfaces.

Did bad images mean you got a good price? It's a sweet little coin!

Mid AU IMO. I can't narrow it down to an exact grade based on the pics.

Update: Got this one in hand today. Problem-free AU-55 with semi-PL fields for $35.
