I'd peg this as VF-20. Rims are weak which might hold it back a little. The stars show strong stretching which I believe is a sign of die wear; maybe the weak rims are also a die wear artifact.

There are some faint hairlines which shouldn't be a "problem" at this level of wear. I notice the circular line around the ribbon clasp seems very distinct, maybe too distinct given the wear. Any chance this feature has been re-engraved?

Interesting observation Jaobler. I don't think is has been re-engraved, I think it is recessed in the design and isn't showing much wear due to that fact. Other O-101s looks like this also.

Strong original VF-30. A proud looking coin from a medium to late die for obverse and medium strike reverse for an attractive coin all together.
