An oddity I found recently:

1985-

Is this a mint error or not?

Its a split in the plating during the strike. With the plating split the zinc start to deteriorate. It may rise/fall or even worse with more time to allow the deteration.
1985-
So its not a good thing. In time the zinc will disappear and you have a copper Hershey's kiss wrapper. LOL
