I'm at VF-20; I think both edges of the LIBERTY band should be sharper to deserve a higher grade. Doesn't appear harshly cleaned and probably would grade problem-free, although I wouldn't spend money to have it graded.

VF-25, possibly very old cleaning or strange toning, might even be original luster left over.
