At 1000% photo with only one side to work from, I'd say the first one is some type of medal. The second looks Egyptian.

With excessive zoom I can make out the first one as a medal. The second one is Egyptian, with Fuad the first, 1923. That portrait was only used 1923. I assume it's a 10 Piastre coin because of a medal's generic size.
