Hi,

I know this is a terrible photo along with the fact that the reverse side is missing. But I'm copying this off of a web page and have virtually no control over the photographic adjustments...
If a range of years also exists, let me know the details and KM # if found.

But please do your best to identify this coin/token with as many details as possible

Thanks,
mdp

It appears to be one of those 'You're on your own' coins

I have a coin that looks just like the one posted, so I believe yours is either a halfpenny or a farthing from Great Britain, 1799. I cannot tell which one it would be though.

Good eye, Joseph. I didn't think anything could be made of that photo.

More than likely it is an 1806 halfpenny or farthing--they are much more common than 1799. Would need to see the whole 2x2 to know for sure. Halfpenny would be the size of a penny as issued by Victoria through Elizabeth II.
