This coin looks like it may be doubled in one of the windows, similar to the 2015 Nebraska quarter. There is also a raised dot I pointed out in case that is something. I welcome your feedback.

Looks more like a die fill in that tight area.

Thanks all. I was thinking it could be a die chip too, but I wanted to double check. What is different about the Nebraska doubled dies that they may not be strategically located die chips?

Die chip. You should stay with looking at Nebraska quarters for DDR's, after all, nothing good comes from Iowa (just kidding)!

Here is another coin with a very similar error. Would these be considered a variety? Like "Filled Window," in the same sense a LC "BIE" is a variety because of the location of the die chip? Thanks.

No although you never know they called the die chip on the Arizona quarter an extra cactus and the die crack on the Delaware the spitting horse and the die chip on Oklahoma the extra wing. You can name it whatever you want who knows maybe it will catch on lol

I guess that's true. Thanks. I have an Arizona quarter with a die chip on top of the cactus. Maybe it's the one you mentioned. I was gonna call mine "Flowering Cactus."

If I remember correctly the arizona extra cactus blocks out the initials doesn't it? Mabi I'm confusing it with something else
