So far it looks interesting.

The hit of the month:
$25 Pure Silver Coin: Library of Parliament. Curved, antique finish, IP $159.95. Mintage is 6000. Comes in a black clamshell box. It looks like a fish eye photo.

Others:
Specimen 6-coin Set: Tundra Swan - $49.95
$10 Pure Silver Coin: Celebration of Love - $49.95. Two doves, crystals, colourful cardboard box. Very nice and affordable gift.
Next coin in "Mythical Realms of the Haida" series - $549.95
New birds series (?) - The Migratory Birds Convention: 100 years of Protection - The Mountain Bluebird - $99.95. Engraved background, colourized bird. Highlight of the coin: weight (1 OZ) and purity (9999) is minted on the obverse.
$20 Four-Leaf Clover - $109.95. Enamel or some other kind of material, not a paint.
$30 Pop Art: celebrating the Canada Goose. It's gonna be most hateful coin in Washington, DC.
$10 Depressing bear is looking at his reflection in the dirty paddle. However, some may see it as a continuation of the Maple Leaf Reflection series.
$20 Egg shape coin to commemorate the 125th anniversary of Ukrainian settlement in Canada - $114.95, coloured, 1oz, mintage 4000. Reminds me of Matryoshka coin. However, this one comes in the standard clamshell box.
Next $5 Birthstones - March, Aquamarine - $49.95
$25 The Coat of Arms Piedfort coin $99.95. Mintage 6000.
$50 The Rabbit. Fourth coin in $50 for $50 series.
Next Baby Animals: $20 Baby Raccoon.

Mintage is : 6000
Size / Weight- as Silver Dollar

Unfortunately the theme is not for every one (nowdays not many remember what is the library for, and not many will understand, what is exactly shown on the coin) but looks like it will be loaded in quantities in order to resell.

Another good one was $25 "The Coat of Arms" pure silver 1oz Piedfort coin. 6000 mintage, CAD 100

That's the classical trap. When most of the buyers are flippers, then we have artificial scarcity. But when time comes to sell, then there is no one to sell to.

Hilarious! That hated Canadian bird, perhaps an appropriate theme if RCM's looking to attract US buyers.

Yes by observation, flippers create the "approaching sold-outs", fling the item to ebay at an inflated price, which generates a second wave of flippers that result in RCM sell-outs. Then the complaints begin of falling prices and RCM's too high mintages.....go figure.

New "50for50" The Rabbit, and Coins-4-Fun already has them in stock!

I found the most attractive animal design (for this level of coins) have the 50for50 series....

I am more interested in the "2016 $25 silver piedfort the coat of arms of canada coin", 1oz, 34mm, piedfort, mintage 6000, price = 99.95

There is also a new $20 egg sharp coin to commemorate the 125th anniversary of Ukrainian settlement in Canada, egg shape, coloured, 1oz, mintage 4000, price = 114.95, it says the first egg shaped coin issued by RCM, but didn't explicitly say minted by RCM, so maybe minted by the mint that did the other egg shape coins? Not my taste though..

BTW, the library of parliament coin is a dome-shaped coin with ultra high-relief engraving...

2016 $25 FINE SILVER COIN THE LIBRARY OF PARLIAMENT An unusual shape creates unparalleled beauty! The coin's state-of-the-art concave shape is an incredible first for the Royal Canadian Mint! It provides the perfect canvas for recreating the Library of Parliament's breathtaking domed ceiling, as though you were standing in the room itself, marking the 140th anniversary of the library building which opened February 28th, 1876. It features an intricate, ultra high relief engraving in an antique finish; the exceptionally detailed engraving enhanced with this antique finish gives each coin its unique aspect.

So I think the mint is charging 30$ extra for each of these special features to come up with the 160$ price tag.

Just seen all the releases from another vendor, same old some of the designs like the goose coin is so childish, but what do I know, egg is okay if you like those, the coat of arms looks great but maybe commissioned again, another gold Hiada types and two others, only the library dome creates some interest to me , the rest is who cares, just my opinion.

The Clover Leaf I'm guessing is to coincide with St Pat's day? Seems this theme is a first for RCM? However I notice they sold a 4 Leaf Clover from the Poland Mint in 2014. I think the Cdn theme of Maple Leaves is becoming way too overdone, collecting clover leaves might generate some new collection interest for some.

I think, the Library coin design is good, I do not collect the theme, so will enjoy (but who knows) your pictures here.
Just do not forget - it isn't big coin, all the details will be tiny.
And CAD 160 for less than ounce of silver (26gr)?
Please share the pictures later.

The Coat Of Arms - unexpected in 2016 and with same dimensions as 2013 Piedfort SML - probably commissioned, but unlike that SML looks very sharp.

Flippers? What flippers? Flipping has been dead for the last 2 years. Flippers are not responsible for the sell outs. It is the commissioned coins that are selling out fast because the Mint have been allocated few coins.

Even the current "hot" Northern Lights wolf coin for the most part is selling for between $200 and $230. At this point level you are just breaking even or a small profit of $10.

Coincidently, the only flippable coin in the last 2 years is the Voyageur coin which flippers could not get a hold of.

Or only flippers got the coin.

I doubt there is anything flippable in this next release, except for selling for less.
