About the cleanest filled mintmark I've seen so far. Nothing special, but looks kind of neat.

The post has broken off the die and almost totally gone. (still a small part of it remaining) The post forms the center of the mint mark. When this is gone, there is nothing to form the center of the mint mark. So the die is actually not filled, it is just a larger void. So the coin shows it as a fill, when it really isn't.

I had to check to see if I found one without the fill. It seems most of them are.
