The first is India, Awadh, rupee where you can see the silver plate or silver wash wearing off the copper core. The second was described as a gold peso on ebay and what is shown is after a partial dip in acetone when the gold paint settled in the bottom of the glass. Report this Post to the Staff

Color has been greatly altered to better show how the gold wash has worn off the high spots, but still remains in the low spots. Report this Post to the Staff
