Much harder to find amongst the moderns. Normally this is a small die chip for a '50s specimen, but given the few BIEs amongst the moderns, this is more significant.

Very nice find. Don't think it's the same as the '99 on cudsoncoins either.

I posted a 1992 with a die chip on the reverse. It is very unusual to find chips on the zinc era cents.

very nice I have seen alot of 1995 and 1996 BIE but this a 1999 so extremely cool find indeed
