MS63. The reverse is really strong, marks in the fields obverse. I can't tell if there is strong luster through the centers with these pics.
Rest in Peace

Typical P mint strike, no hint of circulation, no hint of dip or cleaning. The scratches in obverse fields hurt, nice reverse. MS 63.

I'm afraid the scratches will hold it to MS63. Nice

63. Too much chatter on the obverse for a 64.
Beautiful coin tho!

I agree. The marks at 3 o'clock on the obverse will hold it from getting to 64.
Rest in Peace

I got so caught up in the strike that I didn't pay attention to the scratches on obverse. however my revised call is MS-63 + ; Ever so close to a 64. come on guys those scratches aren't that bad.

With those deep scratches, MS-62 at best. Is this a stock photo? I ask because of the comment across the date.

Great looking strike but, the tiny scratches keeps it from a 64 so, I'll say MS-63
