I've seen at least two similar pieces before, and I know one was up maybe 6 months ago on
ebay (can't find an archive of it, though)... not sure of the exact date/denom., but definitely Colombia gold types of right around that date in silver/white metal. I don't really recall whether they seemed more like pattern, contemporary counterfeit, or simply modern fantasy forgery in nature.
Looking at Krause, etc., there are known essai strikes in silver dated 1923 for the normal 2 1/2 and 5 pesos gold coins. There is a known 1918 10 pesos pattern strike in bronze, however... Sedwick auctioned an interesting one struck on a US Army button:
