Today is the greatest day I've had searching through rolls. I have one surprise but the other seems iffy. The first surprise is a $2 nickel roll from BoA and it contained Indian Head Nickels. The entire roll. The second may be a 1989 penny I looked at last night that I was too tired to post.

Nailed it!

Jackpot!

I found this 1989 penny last night but was too tired to post it. At first it looked like MD and PMD together but also other areas that looked different than I normally see. I'm no expert as I continue to learn and reference finds. Tell me what you think?

Cool deal on the nickels. I am lucky if I find just one in an entire box. As for the cent, I am afraid you have a classic case of Machine Doubling there.

Thank you for your replies because I know nothing about Buffalo nickels. I will sort them out and post the dates.

Here's the list:

one 1913 (second oldest coin I found CRH)
one 1918
one 1919
one 1920
two 1924
two 1925
five 1926
two 1927
three 1928
four 1929
three 1930
one 1934
three 1935
three 1936, one 1936-D, and one 1936-S
two 1937
four 1938-D

Is there a site to look at for known errors? I think someone at BoA has been doing some CRH themselves.

It's pretty amazing to find a roll of buffalos, more amazing to get them from a bank, and even more amazing that they have dates! Wow!

They are all ate up but I can see the dates at a distance. Putting them under the usb camera its harder to tell and easier to see how messed up they are. Shockingly, the 1913 and 1919 are more legible than the others.
