Eyes always look like that in sculpture profile, but if you look at it long enough, you can be pretty sure it's closed. Or open. As far as the leaf, I hope you're not referring to the blob of verdigris. Which leaf?

where are you seeing these anomalies? The eyelid being missing may be from an over polished die

The branch on pictures right side or (coins natural left) appears two images of the stem or lower part of branch on both it's right and left, upper right (in picture) there's extra flame and sorta next to that maybe partial leaf(s). Top leaf to the right of it , and in between top and mid leaf next to the torch looks like one. Hope you can see or not see my pictures are of poor quality trying to fix that up thanks
