I have never sent coins to be graded by ICCS. How should I prepare my coins for shipping to ICCS, what are their prices, and what address should I send it to?

Give them a call. The price varies with the number of coins submitted. The big price breaks come at 50 and 100 coins. They don't have rules about how to prepare coins like PCGS.

Any idea why "owner's value" is requested?

Alexer, thanks for the reminder. Should I put the coins in Mylar flips? Also, should I send the package to the address in the form? Lastly, why do they not have a website?

I don't think that's a legitimate website.
ICCS is the abbreviation for International Coin Certification Service.
The company's name is not ICCS coins. This website is actually webs.com, ICCScoins is only a prefix. Anyone with ulterior motives could create a fraudulent website yourname.xxxx.com. The first part of the address is not the website, it's the portion immediately preceeding .com or .ca.
This website has a contact box requesting personal information......:-(

As I said its the first time I'd ever seen that site but upon further investigating. I dont think its fake but rather a very early attempt to create a website back in 2009 through one of those 'free website' places years ago. Perhaps more of a personal one as a collector. If you look through it last updates are 2009..that I noticed

Roman Tam is legit. No idea if he's really connected to the website or not though.

That's Roman Tam, when he used to sell a lot on ebay. He is part of Coin Mart... Totally legit guy, and a very good grader - if ICCS actually cared about an online presence, they might not be happy a website like that..

Thanks for that confirmation SPP-Ottawa as I seen nothing fake looking about it..just old and incomplete. Back in 2009 I also tried my hand at creating several websites just for fun and to see if I could do it and they're still there to this day looking old and incomplete just like this one.

I sure hope it's the same guy! As unusual as it is for ICCS not to have a website and considering the large amount of coin flips with their name on it that circulate around the county, for those not knowing where their company is located or who runs it, I can see people innocently thinking the ICCScoins website is one and the same. Considering "webs.com" is a hosting site, normally the website owner pays an ongoing fee in order to maintain it.

It is not unusual that ICCS does not have a website. They do things in an old fashioned way that speaks Conservative. The opinion of ICCS was and is highly valued with a few minor foibles. They are not going to change a business model that still continues to work. I for one along with many Canadian Dealers have supported ICCS since 1986 and will continue to do so.
