Any value to this I know it's not quite a repeater, not quite a rotator and not quite a radar anythoughts. I actually have the serial number 1 below and 1 above as well.

The darn 0 throws it off from being a repeater.
It's close but, no cigar.


But, looking again, would it not be a rotator?

From my understanding the rotator would need to have the 0 in the middle.

Not a special serial number... you're correct... me I sometimes give those out for tips... it's up to you what you wish to do with yours... but I wouldn't expect that you get much for those notes..
