For a second I thought you said you got it in your change. I was going to ask which store you were shopping at.
I have no experience with Half Cents, but I would like to be the first to suggest a grade, as a litmus test.
I would think a net F12 with ED.

Tops VG-08, if that. Double details (cleaned and environmental damage).

EAC 4, quite presentable for its age. TPG grade G6 details. Variety is Cohen 1 (C-1) (die crack from fraction bar to ribbon and, although worn on your example, bisecting arcing die crack from first T in STATES over to AM in AMERICA.
