EF-40, but looks like it might have been cleaned/polished/wiped (more so on the reverse).

.. I was going to say, EF-40 but looked at the coin again or a couple times and thought it only made 30, but it looks like a 40, after I've looked at it 10 times...

I'd say an easy EF45 in my opinion. The reverse is shows more wear, so it might bring it down to a 40. But I wouldn't be surprised at 45
