This is one of my pride and joys in my error collection. I have yet to send it in to NGC and was wondering if anyone had an opinion on what sort of errors exactly are on the coin. Thank you for reading my post!

Yup I was a proud UW badger and glue and acetone dip? I am not sure what that is and why or how it would happen?

A better close up image would be great. I think this one is a lamination that started peeling after the strike. Note the raised corner behind the head. There should be a weakness of the design under the areas where it has peeled. (better images would be GREAT!)
Rest in Peace

As John1 posted,

Looks like glue.

meaning your cent has a layer of glue on it that is deceiving. I believe.

Acetone dip.

If you soak this coin in pure Acetone the glue will dissolve and reveal the real identity of the coin.
As as a new member click the Search Coin Community on the top of the left column and punch in Acetone.
