Had this one for a long time and just wondering how you would grade it with what looks like carbon spots on the Rev.? There is still some luster remaining but had a hard time to show it on the photos! Any comments on the doubling on the T in Cent and on the date especially the 0

That green in the serif of the "N" can easily come off..
..and without any damage..or tel-tele marks.
