Hello guys,
i have a 1994 10 and 5 Malta note,
and a 1997 10 pound Cyprus note, and a 2003 5 Cyprus note, all in XF grade, should I sell them, or keep? there exchange value is nothing next year, 2017. I would get 65$ from exchange of them.

If you exchange them, could you buy them back for much cheaper after they're devalued (I assume that's what's happening with them)?

I tried, I got an offer for 40$, and that was not including seller fees and shipping, on the note of them being devalued, there value is still there as a coin shop owner told me, I might as well keep them, I only paid 30.00
