There are a number of things that you could do to improve the identification:
1) orient the pictures so that they can be easily read,
2) give weight and dimensions.
3) at least acknowledge forum members contributions by replying or commenting.

Well, part of the text is in French and part is in Greek. The French mentions a phoenix, which is also represented as the central part of the design. The last part of the French text may refer to the Island of Corfou in Greece. There seem to be little Freemasonry symbols there and with a little Google searching you can find interesting history of Freemasonry in Greece--which started on the Island of Corfou in 1782. About fifty years later there was a "Phoenix Lodge" and the phoenix appears to have played a role in Freemasonry symbolism. Finally, I think that the Greek text translates as "Zero are lost". Not sure what means...

Maybe this is a seal or stamp from a Freemason lodge on the Island of Corfu--not sure that I can figure out anything else.
